Estate Grown
Our tea comes from our own family estate in Assam — a direct connection to the leaves we grow.

Estate-grown Assam CTC tea from our own family garden — bold, brisk and made at the source.
The Tea
A bold, full-bodied cup that takes milk and sugar without losing its backbone. Grown, plucked and made on our estate in Assam.
Launching on Amazon India shortly.
Why Hatipoti Tea?
Our tea comes from our own family estate in Assam — a direct connection to the leaves we grow.
We stay close to the process, from fresh green leaf to finished tea.
A bold, satisfying cup without needing to overuse the leaves.
A full, rich cup from fewer leaves — less tea used, more cups poured.
Soil, rain, climate and generations of tea-growing experience shape every cup.

Our Story
Our family set out to build a tea garden of their own. What began as exploring land grew into a family estate shaped by patience, seasons and years of learning.
Eighteen years on, the second generation is taking our tea beyond the estate and into homes across India — while staying true to where it all began.
Second generation. Same garden.
Reviews
“This tea has a bold, hard-edged character that immediately stands out. Its earthy flavour gives it a rustic identity, while the texture feels raw and authentic.
I found it particularly well suited for blending with lemon and honey, which complement its natural intensity without masking its distinctive profile.
What I appreciate most is its sharpness — it delivers a clean, assertive finish that lingers on the palate, making it a memorable cup for those who enjoy robust, earthy teas.”
“I’ve been having this as my morning chai for the past couple of weeks and honestly, I really like it. The tea has a nice strong flavour without becoming too bitter, and I don’t need to use a lot of it to get a proper cup. Definitely one of those teas you can have every day.”
“Being from Assam, I’m quite particular about my tea, so I wasn’t expecting much initially. But Hatipoti surprised me. It has that proper original Assam Tea flavour — strong, aromatic and full-bodied. Also loved knowing that it actually comes from a family-owned garden.”
“My kitchen is not allowing me to have anything other than Hatipoti.”
